Checkout unavailable, paid but still locked, subscription offer errors and other payment questions.

Learners see no checkout button
Payments may be switched off for the organization, Paystack may not be connected, or the offer is not public. Check Payments → Configuration and the offer settings.
A learner paid but the course is still locked
ValidBridge unlocks the course when Paystack's webhook arrives. Check the webhook URL in your Paystack settings (see Connect Paystack) and that the key mode (test or live) matches. The purchase shows as Pending in Payments → Overview until it is confirmed.
“Cannot create a subscription without credentials configured”
Subscription offers need a Paystack plan, so connect Paystack before saving the offer.
“Amount must be at least …”
On a pay-what-you-want offer the amount entered is below the minimum price.
